Frankfurters are appreciated by young generations through their practicality, long shelf life and low price.
Typical German’s sausage started becoming popular in Italy towards the end of the Seventies.

They are made by a composition of minced pork meats (Pure Pork frankfurters), Mixed meats (Classical frankfurters) or poultry meats (Chicken/Turkey frankfurters), emulsified and stuffed into a casing of cellulose which is removed after processing of: smoking, cooking and cooling.

Now the product, vacuum packed and pasteurized, is ready to be sold
